We offer packages depending on your needs and the level of support you wish to have, from fully managed, for the less experienced or time restricted Landlord, to let only.

Interim property inspections ** Tenant allowing we will visit at least twice a year & one of these visits will be documented with a photographic report. If you require extra visits these will be charged at £60 Inc VAT
End of tenancy property checks *** Upon request we can organise end of tenancy checks for Let only Landlords, the cost will be £90 Inc VAT
 
Cancellation charge: If our agreement is cancelled by you, after a suitable tenant has been found and prior to commencement of a tenancy a cancellation fee of up to a maximum of £420 Inc VAT will become payable.
Cancellation of service during tenancy term: If you decide to terminate our management service during an existing tenancy, a 6% Inc. VAT (of agreed rent) monthly charge will become payable and will remain payable until the end of the periodic tenancy.
Caretaking of unoccupied properties: Foden Property accept no liability for empty properties between tenancy agreements or over holiday periods. If it is your express wish for us to visit the property then we will undertake pre-paid periodic visits at a cost of £90 Inc VAT per visit.
Preparation of non-AST tenancy agreements: There will be an additional charge of £90 Inc VAT.
Let only deposit disputes: There will be an additional charge for us to prepare & present documentation for a deposit dispute on an unmanaged property. The cost will be determined dependent on the circumstances.
